Armchair Motor also offers call answering plans and tariffs to meet the needs of businesses who want to use our services only for a temporary period or as part of a disaster recovery plan in the event of an unforeseen business interruption preventing the use of telephony systems. With our Recovery plans your contact lists, answering scripts, contact details and divert phone lines will be set up on our systems at outset and updated periodically to ensure they are ready for immediate activation should a business interruption event occur.

All of our tariffs are based on 'per second' billing, which means that you only pay for the length of the call. As the majority of our calls are short this typically means a lower cost than using a 'per call' or 'per minute' approach.
